Well actually no they didn't, but that is what I first thought when I noticed a sms from WBFC last Thursday.
Anyway it was an invitation to attend an auction and buy some VIP merchandise on sale for the Sunday 26th October between 10am and 3pm at the Whitten Oval.
I remember John Travolta once describing himself 30 odd years ago as a VIP on Welcome Back Kotter-
"Thats me VIP- Vinnie Italian Person" was what John Travolta said to either Kotter or Mr Woodman.

yeah I got it too.
Was thinking over the last month that whoever takes over from Smorgon will most likely change the name back [chronic optimist] ala James Brayshaw, but if that happened would we have to have WBFC above our numbers where we have FFC now?

I wouldn't have WBFC on a reverted back to Footscray club jumper when we change back
Twelve years isn't long enough to warrant little letters on your jumper. Maybe the next idea will be putting a 1% on there like what some illegal bikie gangs have.
