I am so upset about how we played today. Our first quarter was great but after that we just fell into a heap. We had a lot to play for including the slight chance of still being able to make the finals and also an obligation to Luke Darcy. I know that Darcy has not had a good year but he has been a wonderful player for us over the years and has never left to go to another club. I would like our players to send him out in style. I hope next week both he and Matthew Robbins are given a send off game in their honour that is worthy of them. I hope Robbins is picked. I also am unsure if Chris Grant is going again next year but I hope he has one more year in him.

Poor old Darce and his knees. Having two knee injuries was always going to be hard to recover from.

Another one of the very few Footscray players still around-well for just one more game for him. The number is dropping rapidly.
