If the match committe and coaching staff can't see it - let me make it clear...

Second-rate players not up to it (Delist or trade if you can get anything for them) - Mulligan, Hill, Djerrkura, Stack, Hooper, Addison, Barlow, Markovic (tries at least), Vespremi

Players who should be considered for trade - Lake, Williams and just about anyone else bar the keepers

Players who are too slow and contributing to our problem - our lack of pace (you can't have them all in the side at the one time) - Cross, Boyd, Gilbee, Higgins, Gia, Hudson, Libba, Wallis, Ward

Players to keep - Boyd, Dahlhaus, Griffen, Grant, Jones, Libba, Wallis, Wood, Morris, Murphy, Picken, Roughed, Sherman

The problem is our class players are all broken down and will probably never be the same again. We have gone from the quickest moving side to the slowest, the skills are abysmal, the game plan is crap, the defenders play from behind and the forwards are always outnumbered because we are flooding back and there is no defensive pressure applied to the kickouts or in the forward line.

The club needs to trade out players to GWS with value and tap into some early draft picks.

No beating around the bush there Johhny Craddock!
Pretty hard hitting analysis- no half measures

Hasn't the general opinion of all the football media changed about the mighty Lake in less than a year? He has gone from the proverbial 'rooster to a feather duster' in 9 months. Terrible whatever it is, that has stuffed him up, because he is a ripper of a player- I had down as the next club captain to take over from the Brad MAN, but that seems a million miles away now at this point.. Champion full backs are like gold dust and we had one. Hopefully whatever it is can be sorted out before 'he get moved on' as I would hate to see a bloke of his ability leave. He could quite easily have been the 2009 Norm Smith medal winner (well I suppose so could 21 other blokes from the team) but he would have been in his element that day.

Team is not scoring either- the Friday return of 8 goals means that they averaged 2 goals a quarter. This was in a stadium where wind, rain and the idiosyncracies of the sun play no part in what happens on the field.

Has to be a win this Friday night- the other mob are in nearly as much disarray as we are. Yet they have played at the Docklands a few times this season though, some of their opponents have been- the Eastern Magpies, Gnawth and the Northern Blues. So its not like they are going to Geelong for the one and only time in a year.
